We were tasked with creating an animated advert to promote the ‘Winter Twilight’ range at the National Trusts gift shop.
The design of the animation takes inspiration from the gift range and a variety of locations and natural splendour which are looked after by the Trust. The narrative focuses on a character that represents a creator, inspired by their surroundings to create art that can be used for unique festive gifts.
The video was distributed through the paid social network campaigns.
This animation was used across social media to promote a free visit day at select National Trust properties courtesy of the National Lottery. In this project, we were provided with a storyboard to develop further with a critical challenge of making the video work without audio, a fundamental characteristic of social video content today.
